Delivery Coverage & Processing  

Delivery Coverage
Lemmorte currently delivers PAN India, covering a wide network of serviceable Pin Codes across the country. Deliverability is determined based on the Pin Code provided at the time of order placement.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 working hours after successful order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2 to 10 working days, depending on the delivery location.
  • Customers in major metropolitan cities such as can generally expect faster delivery, often within 2–4 working days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including remote locations, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Shipping Charges  

Prepaid Orders
Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available.
  • A COD fee of ₹99 is applicable per order.

Undeliverable Pin Codes

  • We verify serviceability based on the Pin Code entered during checkout.
  • In rare cases, if a Pin Code becomes unserviceable after order placement, your order may be cancelled.
  • For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded within 48 hours of cancellation.

Address & Order Management  

Address Accuracy

  • Customers must ensure that the complete and correct delivery address, including Pin Code, is provided at checkout.
  • Address changes are allowed after order placement upon request.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled upon request, subject to order processing status.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products  

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Contact us at support@lemmorte.com with your order ID and supporting images/videos.
  • Delivery partners will not be able to assist with such cases.
  • Resolution will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts.
  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, our team may contact you to coordinate further action.

Multiple Product Shipments  

  • Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages.
  • Each shipment may have its own tracking number, which could result in slightly different delivery timelines.
