However, in the rare event that your experience falls short, we’re here to make the process of returns and refunds smooth and transparent.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We offer refunds or replacements only under the following circumstances:
- You received an incorrect product
- The product was damaged in transit
- You received an expired product
To be eligible for a return
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team at support@lemmorte.com
Requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable
- If the return is rejected, a clear explanation will be provided
Exchanges
We offer replacements only for items that are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened or used
- Items purchased during sales, offers, or promotional events
- Gift cards, sample kits, or trial-sized products
